1. About Prizmantify

Prizmantify is a card and collectible value intelligence platform designed to help users organize collections, maintain portfolios, review card information, analyze value-related data, and interact with AI-powered collecting tools.

Prizmantify is currently focused primarily on Pokémon and trading cards and may expand to additional collectible categories over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may not share account credentials in a way that compromises the security or integrity of the service.

If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, you must use Prizmantify only with the permission and supervision required under applicable law.

3. Card Values and Market Information

Card values, historical values, estimates, market information, and related data shown by Prizmantify are provided for informational purposes only.

Collectible prices can change rapidly and may vary based on condition, grading, variant, marketplace, location, transaction fees, liquidity, and other factors.

Prizmantify does not guarantee that any displayed or estimated value represents the price at which an item can actually be purchased or sold.

4. Artificial Intelligence

Prizmantify may provide AI-powered features that help explain, organize, summarize, or analyze collecting information.

AI-generated responses may contain errors, incomplete information, or incorrect interpretations. Users should independently verify important information before making financial, purchasing, selling, grading, or collecting decisions.

Prizmantify AI is designed to use available source-linked or user-provided data when discussing card values and collections, but no AI system can guarantee perfect accuracy.

5. Not Financial or Investment Advice

Prizmantify does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advisory services.

Collectibles may increase or decrease in value. Information provided through Prizmantify should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future value or investment performance.

6. User Portfolios and Content

You retain ownership of information and content that you submit to Prizmantify, subject to the rights necessary for Prizmantify to store, process, display, and operate that content as part of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Prizmantify to:

Attempt to bypass account, subscription, usage, or feature limits.
Access another user's account or private information without authorization.
Probe, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the security of the service.
Use automated systems to scrape or extract data in an abusive or unauthorized manner.
Reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law.
Use Prizmantify for fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activity.
Attempt to misuse Prizmantify's APIs, databases, authentication systems, or payment systems.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Prizmantify, its users, or its infrastructure.

8. Subscription Plans and Payments

Prizmantify may offer free and paid subscription plans with different features, limits, and usage allowances.

Prices, billing periods, and included features are presented before purchase and may change for future billing periods where permitted by applicable law.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prizmantify does not directly store complete payment card information handled by the payment provider.

Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and billing information through the billing tools made available by Prizmantify and its payment providers.

9. Third-Party Services and Data

Prizmantify may rely on third-party services, marketplaces, databases, infrastructure providers, payment processors, AI providers, and other data sources.

Third-party data and services remain subject to their own terms, availability, accuracy, and policies.

Prizmantify does not control and is not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, policy changes, or other actions of independent third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

The Prizmantify name, original branding, logo designs, software, interface designs, original written content, and other original Prizmantify materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, impersonate, or commercially exploit Prizmantify's protected materials without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Trademarks and Collectible Content

Pokémon, trading card names, card artwork, set names, marketplace names, grading company names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products, brands, marketplaces, or services do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Prizmantify does not claim ownership of third-party card artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.

12. Service Availability

Prizmantify may change, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

13. Beta and Developing Features

Some Prizmantify features may be released while still under development, testing, or evaluation.

Such features may change substantially, contain errors, or be removed as the platform develops.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prizmantify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or future performance of card values, AI responses, market information, or other content provided through the service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prizmantify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including losses related to collectible purchases, sales, price changes, lost opportunities, or reliance on information presented through Prizmantify.

16. Account Restrictions and Suspension

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms, unauthorized attempts to bypass service restrictions, or conduct that may harm Prizmantify or other users.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Prizmantify develops, adds features, changes providers, or responds to legal or operational requirements.

The date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently updated.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
