• Chat and AI information, including prompts, messages, saved conversations, and information provided to Prizmantify's AI features.
• Usage information, such as feature usage, AI message usage, account limits, request activity, and other information necessary to operate plan limits and protect the service from abuse.
• Technical information that may be processed by Prizmantify or its infrastructure providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request information, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security logs.

You may provide information directly when you create an account, add cards or portfolios, save conversations, interact with AI, manage settings, subscribe to a paid plan, or otherwise use Prizmantify.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for using Prizmantify.

• Provide and operate the Prizmantify service.

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

When you use Prizmantify's AI features, relevant prompts, conversation information, and other necessary context may be processed by an artificial intelligence provider in order to generate a response.

Prizmantify is designed to send only information reasonably needed for the requested AI function rather than unnecessary account data.

Users should not enter passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information into AI prompts.

5. Payment Information

Paid subscriptions may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider.

Prizmantify does not directly store complete payment card numbers processed by Stripe.

Prizmantify may store identifiers and subscription information necessary to connect your Prizmantify account with your billing account, such as a Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, and subscription status.

6. Service Providers

Prizmantify uses third-party service providers to operate portions of the platform.

These may include providers for:

• Authentication and database infrastructure.
• Cloud hosting and application deployment.
• Payment processing and subscription management.

Prizmantify does not sell personal information.

Account-based portfolios, cards, chats, and other cloud information are associated with your Prizmantify account.

Prizmantify uses access controls and account-based authorization intended to prevent users from accessing another user's private account information.

No system can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for protecting their login credentials.

9. Local Storage and Browser Data

Prizmantify may use browser storage or similar technologies to maintain settings, interface preferences, temporary application state, or other functionality.

Information stored locally in a browser may remain on that device until it is deleted by the application, the user, or the browser.
